Why a single journey matters
Every break between systems is where traceability is lost and yield escapes.
In animal protein, control is usually fragmented: a spreadsheet for the pickup schedule, a system for slaughter, manual entries in the cold rooms and transport “on WhatsApp”. AQx removes these breaks: information is born at the farm and reaches the customer without being re-keyed.
The journey
Eight stages, a single thread of traceability.
Stages 1 to 6 happen under AQx’s command. In stages 7 and 8, the same line continues — with the TMS and the TMS Shipper closing the delivery.

Animal pickup at the farm
The journey starts at the producer. AQx manages procurement and pickup planning: scheduling the collection of animals, roster by producer and by day, and origin linkage from the very first record — the basis of traceability across the whole chain.

Receiving and pens
Arrival at the plant with sanitary validations and origin control (GTA), inbound weighing and formation of slaughter batches by day and by producer.

Slaughter
Weighing straight from the scale, carcass grading and automatic pricing by live animal or by yield, sanitary hold (DIF) and carcass ID label issued automatically.

Quartering and deboning
Breakdown by barcode scanning with a 100% configurable cut structure. Real-time yield — planned vs. actual — and traceability between the source piece and every piece produced.

Batches, packaging and labels
Deboning and processed goods with consumption and output linked to the production batch (the basis for recall in seconds). Nutritional and packaging labels configurable by the team itself, palletizing and grading by weight range.

Cold rooms and cold chain
The heart of traceability: inbound weight, outbound weight and shrinkage recorded automatically on every movement, cold-room inventory and FIFO/FEFO. For export, the Certification module applies each market’s sanitary rules at every stage.

Shipping
By package scanning (handheld) or by rail pieces (rail) with dock weighing and the customer label on the spot. Shelf-life validation, automatic order update and release for invoicing. Here the journey leaves the plant — and control continues.

Delivery at the customer
The sale only ends when the meat arrives: at the right temperature, on time, with the right document. The digital signature in the driver app closes the traceability cycle started at the farm.

Outsourced distribution
Rate tables by carrier and route, automated audit of CT-e and invoices, consolidated tracking and partner scoring.
