We apply this policy across the whole company — systems, applications, websites, customers, suppliers, partners and service providers.
The website www.silsistemas.com.br was built under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) — Law No. 13.709/2018 — to protect and keep confidential all data collected with your consent.
When you access the site, you are given a cookie consent notice and this policy. Questions or objections can be handled directly with our data protection officer at lgpd@silsistemas.com.br.
1Collection of personal data
In some forms we collect first name, last name, phone and email and an open message field, with the content submitted being the sole responsibility of the user.
To raise the site’s security level and prevent fraud or unauthorized access, we also collect public IP, date and time, and device characteristics.
2What data we use and how
The user consents to the processing of data by entering it on the following pages:
- Work with us: first name, last name, phone, email, message and résumés (PDF, DOCX and other text formats). The résumé is directed to the recruitment team, which may reach out about future openings.
- Contact us: first name, last name, email, company and a message with the reason for contact — routed to the responsible team (sales, questions, partnerships).
- Automatic collection: via cookies, for security and marketing purposes — device location, access IP, browser, date and time.
3Who we share your data with
Sil Sistemas uses the data collected by the site solely for its own purposes, with data being collected and processed by our company.
Only browsing data is passed on to third parties, managed by PostHog (ingested at us.i.posthog.com) and by Google Analytics 4 (Google), for the purpose of measuring site usage, improving it and measuring campaigns. Both only receive data after your explicit consent in the cookie banner. Résumés and contacts are processed and stored under the responsibility of Sil Sistemas.
4Cookie policy
A cookie is a piece of data the website asks the browser to collect and store on your computer or mobile device, remembering your preferences throughout your visit. You can configure or revoke cookies at any time in your browser.
- Required cookies: essential for the site to work properly — without them, performance, access to secure areas and legal compliance may be affected.
- Optional cookies: performance cookies (language, location and relevant features) and functional cookies (third-party services such as comments and chatbots). They can be accepted or refused, as a whole, at the time of access.
- sil-consent (required): records the data subject’s decision — acceptance or refusal — and the policy version in force at the time of the choice, so that the banner is not shown again and tracking respects the preference. Term: 400 days.
- sil-consent-id (required): an anonymous identifier, holding no personal data, that links the decision to the consent record kept by Sil (LGPD, Art. 8, §1). Term: 400 days.
- The sil-consent and sil-consent-id cookies are strictly necessary and do not depend on prior consent, since they exist precisely to store and prove the data subject’s preference.
- _ga and _ga_* (analytics): used by Google Analytics 4 to measure site usage and campaigns. They depend on your consent — only written after acceptance. Term: up to 2 years.
- Cloudflare Turnstile (strictly necessary): an anti-fraud challenge cookie that protects the forms against automated submissions (spam). It does not depend on prior consent.
5Data retention
Data is retained by Sil Sistemas for as long as it is useful to the company, or until the data subject requests its removal. When no longer needed, it is securely and permanently erased, preserving the rights of each user.
6What rights the user has
Following the federal regulation on the processing of personal data, Sil Sistemas respects and guarantees the user the right to:
- Access their data;
- Erasure of any personal data with the user’s consent;
- Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- Confirmation that data is being processed;
- Anonymization, blocking or erasure of unnecessary, excessive or non-compliant data;
- Withdrawal of consent — and any other right created for or attached to the user.

Sil Sistemas is available for any contact regarding this privacy policy, with LGPD officers and a responsible DPO.
The officers’ activities consist of:
- Accepting complaints and communications from data subjects, providing clarifications and taking action;
- Receiving communications from the national authority and taking action;
- Guiding employees and contracted companies on personal data protection practices;
- Monitoring compliance through administrative and technical data protection controls.
